This is how it works!

Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that is a shame and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you. You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, opened packages of food or snacks cannot be returned. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service.

Follow the three simple steps below to return your package.

Step 1: Download the returns form and fill it in completely

 Step 2: Cut out the address and stick it on the box

Our address is attached to the return form, which you can download above. Cut this out and stick it on the box.

 Step 3: Go to a parcel service near you

Have you completed the return form completely? and did you also put our address on the box? Then you can now go to a parcel service in your area to return the package. The return costs are for your own account.

The process went well and we have received the returned package. We will then ensure that you have your money back in your account within 5 working days.
