At Petfactor you can pay securely with iDEAL, Klarna, Maestro debit/credit card and Bancontact. Klarna offers the option to pay afterwards.

How do I choose the right snacks or food for my dog or cat?
The right snack can differ per dog or cat and depends, among other things, on its size, age and activity level. If you have any doubts about what suits you best, our customer service will be happy to help you.

The ingredients and composition are listed on the product page and often also on the product photos. Do you have a specific question about an ingredient or allergens? Contact us and we will look into it for you immediately.
What is the difference between a chewable snack and a dried snack?
Chewable snacks are products that are intended to be chewed for longer, such as snacks made from rawhide. They give your dog or cat extra activity and stimulate natural chewing behavior. Dried snacks, on the other hand, are not always intended for long-term chewing, which means that not every dried snack is a chewable snack.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this code you can easily track where your package is and when it will be delivered.
What is the delivery time?
Your order will be shipped via PostNL. If you order before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, your package will be shipped the same day.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge €7.95 in shipping costs to ship your order within the Netherlands. For shipping to Belgium, the shipping costs are €8.95. If you order for €39 or more, we will cover the shipping costs and your order will be shipped free of charge.
I entered a wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Entered wrong or incomplete address? No problem. Please contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will then immediately check with you and ensure that the shipping address is adjusted.
How can I return my order?
Are you not satisfied with your order? Of course we think this is a shame and we would like to work with you to see how we can solve this.
You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, opened packages of food or snacks cannot be returned.
